Preparing of Company Job Cards, Invoices and Quotations for all business requirements.
Execute timely, efficient and effective operations of the department, its staff and their functioning.
Prepare administrative reports for the senior management team.
Handle office correspondence and filing systems.
Excellent MS office and working Excel profficiency.
Excellent Administrative secretarial skills and prior experience in the same field
Prior experience in making quotations and working extensively on excel reporting.
Excellent Communication and inter personal skills
Strong personality with good team handling skills
Excellent time management skills with multitasking ability
