Back Office Sales Representative

Kalmar Services division is a business division within Kalmar, which has operations in over 120 countries worldwide and ca. 1,500 employees. Kalmar Services target is to improve its brand proposition and communication material. We are now searching for a Back Office Sales Representative

 

Key tasks:

  1. Achieve sales objectives within product range mobile equipment
  2. Anchor point for Sales Organization
  3. Salesforce key user and local trainer
  4. Responsible to develop tenders
  5. Proposal development
  6. Contract management
  7. Pursue sales leads
  8. Promote and marketing of products
  9. CRM Management and Sales Tools
  10. Conclude orders
  11. Arrange internal sales logistics
  12. Guide new sales representatives
  13. Close coordination with Sales Team
  14. Support for DP World Ispec tenders as need base
  15. Responsible for quarterly Newsletter

Education, experience, competencies:

  1. 4-6 years of experience in technical sales / heavy equipment in a relevant field
  2. Technical background, Bachelor degree.
  3. Sales skills trainings are preferable
  4. As above + high degree of focus & the ability to accurately complete RFQ / Tender documentation / submissions within tight deadlines
  5. Ability to present and find solutions to meet customer tender requirements
  6. Team Player – ability to learn fast & the right aptitude for the position.
  7. Target oriented
  8. Proactive and cooperative
  9. Good networking skills
  10. Ability to work independently
  11. Excellent written and verbal English
