We are now seeking an exceptional Document Controller to join our award winning team based on our Oman Project.

This critical role will be responsible for the organization and coordination of all commercial and technical documents. Responsibilites will include providing system reports, maintaining and updating electronic information systems and ensuring the accuracy of all documentation and regulatory procedures.


Paramount to success within this varied role will include;


  1. Technical knowledge of document control systems and processes.
  2. Experience planning, allocating and evaluating workloads to meet project requirements through effective time management skills.
  3. Detail-orientated skills.
  4. Adaptable to change.
  5. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Ability to use initiative and provide practical solutions to complex issues and proposing areas for continual improvement.
  7. Encourage teamwork to develop and maintain an effective team environment.


To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 years’ career experience partnered with a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.


Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential and interest from Omani Nationals will be warmly received.
