Drug and Cosmetics Company based in Dubai is looking for Executive Secretary

  • Requirements

– Degree in business administration or relative field.
– 2 years’ experience
– Very Good computer skills and MS Office proficiency
– Welling to work as executive manager assistant 24/7
– Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
– Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
– Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
– Resident in Dubai
– Driving license & car
– Pilipino Preferred

  • Job Description:

– Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
– Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
– Organizing events and conferences.
– Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
– Handling the HR. duties for all employees in office under HR Dept. umbrella.
– Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
– Managing databases and filing systems such as Sales & HR.
– Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
– Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
– Collating and filing expenses such office bills (electricity, phone and internet … etc.)
– Miscellaneous tasks related to office and Executive Manager.
– All personal tasks which related to Executive Manager and his home and family.
– Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls especially for customer service line.
– Handling the online store.
– Tracking shipments and preparing couriers to be handed to shipping company.
