The main responsibilities of the role are the efficient handling of customer enquiries for both phone, email and walk in; to provide accurate information about Honda products and service; to assist in the co – ordination of showroom requirements; to accurately log all walk in and phone enquiries on to the Fastrack system; to ensure that all customers are met and greeted properly when visiting the showroom.
- 1-2 years’ experience within the field of Customer Service
- Strong written and oral skills in the English language.
- Proactive,hardworking, motivated approach
- An understanding of IT systems would be advantageous.
