Purpose of Role

Assist with operational and administrative HR tasks

Responsibilities & Duties

General support for the HR team in Dubai and India for all administrative HR tasks, which may include:

o Assist with HR system updates

o Support the HR team with visa processing

o Keep the medical insurance records up-to-date at all times

o Arrange practical details in connection with candidate visits and interviews

§ Flight bookings

§ Hotel bookings

§ Taxi and other transport

o Practical administrative support with printers, scanners and other office equipment, as necessary
