Invoicing and Cash Collection Lead

Job Description

List of Responsibilities:

• Invoicing Management (Issuing the invoices and follow up with customer for payment)

• Forecast of Cash-in (Yearly View, OP, Follow up and Push for Target Achievement)

• Creating and Reporting of all figures related to cash in and Invoicing

• Maintaining overview of all projects progress and performance at all time, follow it with PM/ PMO

• Push and stimulate internally to get Invoices done as planned

• Follow-up with customer for getting all documentation through with appropriate approval

• Solving all issues with customer related to Invoices and Cash Collection

• Keep improving and learning to be able to manage the Project Finance scope in the future

Persons Specifications:

• Saudi National only

• Financial/ Commercial degree

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance or in similar field.

• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in subject matters

• Managing complex and demanding situations

• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic skills

• Several years of experience in the cultural environment of Saudi Arabia

• MS Office / SAP

Additional Factors:

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of treasury rules of national and international standards

• Commercial experience and knowledge of complex contracts

• Project processing experience

• Ability to work in a team / organize and communicate / identify weaknesses and risks / evaluate objectively and constructively / work under pressure and to meet deadlines

• Ability to work with highly confidential information

• Flexible / adaptable / enthusiastic / motivated /self-confident

• Potential to Lead
