Looking for candidates with Experience in Real Estate Sales with 5-7 years of Experience in UAE.
- Research, obtain leads and developing new business opportunities in order to reach sales targets.
- Achieving your Monthly/Yearly personal sales target.
- team Structuring & Team Management: Tracking and Supervising team Members.
- Perform Duties, Such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sales etc.
- Responsible for negotiation of rates with prospective clients for closing the deal, considering the rates decided by the management..
- Organise and consolidate sales leads through sources such as customer response cell, referrals and real estate agents to filter the prospect buyer.
- Existing client relationship management.
- Tower Management and maintenance.
- Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly reports generated and send to General manager & HR in the Prescribed Format.
- Also,find leads for Fit-out/Interiors Divison.
