We are now seeking an exceptional Secretary to join our award winning team based on site at our Dubai Project.

This critical role will be responsible for administrative and office support activities. Duties will include answering telephone calls, receiving & distributing documents, transmittals, shop drawings, database/logs, typing correspondence and filing.


Paramount to success within this varied role will include;

  1. Technical knowledge of the secretarial role and multi-functional skills.
  2. Planning, coordinating and evaluating workloads to meet project requirements through effective time management.
  3. Ability to perform effectively in a team environment with a strong client focus.
  4. Strong communication skills, good understanding of English and good written grammar.
  5. Detail-orientated.
  6. Ability to use initiative and provide practical solutions to issues.
  7. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  8. Knowledge of document control systems would be advantageous and a background in the construction industry would be highly desirable.


To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 years career experience with a Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Administration.
