JOB OBJECTIVE

Responsible for assisting the Commissary Manager and its Operations in total support for the attainment of sales and profit targets of the Corporation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible in organizing, leading, motivating and controlling the activities of all officers under his jurisdiction.

a.) Commissary Office (Accounting, Sales, Operation)
b.) Warehouse Department
c.) Production Department (Siopao, Buchi, S-Roll, Siomai, Butchery, Fillings, Premix, Sauces, Halo-halo, Noodles & Packing Section)
d.) report to the Repairs, Maintenance Manager functionally and will report to the Commissary Manager administratively
e.) Purchasing Department (functional)
f.) Research & Development (R&D)/Quality Control (QC) (functional)

Responsible in the management and proper utilization of all Company assets in the Commissary which includes the plant building and equipments, delivery vehicles, manpower and others.

Responsible in sourcing Company sales derived from the following:

a.) Wholesale of siopao, dried noodles, pancit, canton, bihon and chinese bagoong

Sees to it that proper scheduling and dispatching of the delivery vans assigned to and from the different Chowking outlets in order to maintain a smooth operation of the outlets are carried out effectively by the Dispatching Department.

Sees to it that proper counting, checking, warehousing and documentation procedures are followed in all Company warehouses. First-in, First-out method must be properly observed for all food and non-food items.

Keeps an optimal inventory level of all raw materials and supplies used to maintain a continuous and cost efficient flow of production.

Sees to it that all products produced in the Commissary have passed the strict Chowking quality standards.

Must see to it that proper and updated costings of raw materials and finished goods are done to reflect the true cost of production in the Commissary.

Ensures all system and processes are aligned to meet the quality standards (HACCP, HALAL, ISO)

Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to him.

Ineffectiveness & Non-Productivity:
a.) Failure to properly monitor and coordinate different Commissary units/departments.
b.) Failure to update Commissary operation with the modern Technological Trends and Requirements.
c.) Lack of proper motivations and specific goals/directions.
d.) Failure to maintain discipline and positive rapport with in its manpower.
e.) Negligence in updating different government mandatory requirements.
f.) Failure to provide immediate response to the needs of other dept.
Responsibility for Resources
– Responsible over all Commissary Assets — Building, Facilities & Other Equipment.
Responsibility for Information
– Direct access to highly confidential records & documents.

JOB SPECIFICATION

College Graduate
– BS Commerce (Bus. Mgt./Acctg. Major)
– BS Engineering (Industrial Engr./Civil Engr.)

Experience
At least 2 to 3 years experience of different managerial job/positions with numerous manpower under him.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED6,000.00 /month
