Our fast growing restaurant will have an open Walk-in Interview for our new Restaurant Branch in Abu Dhabi, we will be needing :

Store Supervisor

roles and responsibility

  • Helping the team understand performance targets and goals.
  • Scheduling work hours and shifts.
  • Coordinating job rotation and cross-training.
  • Assisting in resolving emergencies. For example, a quality or a customer problem may be escalated to the team supervisor for handling.
  • Identifying and resolving workplace problems, including tardiness or absenteeism
  • Providing reports and activity updates to management.

Waiters and Waitresses

roles and responsibility

  • Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
  • Inform customers of daily specials
  • Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
  • Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.
  • Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
  • Serve food and/or beverages to patrons; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
  • Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes
  • Clean tables and/or counters after patrons have finished dining.
  • Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning
  • Perform food preparation duties

Commis/Preparation Chef

roles and responsibility

  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene
  • Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef
  • Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
  • Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation

Kitchen Steward

roles and responsibility

  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times.
  • Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
  • Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards
  • Adhere to all sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist the Cooks and Servers as and when necessary.
  • Collects and removes trash from all areas of the operation following established procedures.
  • Ensure waste bin area is kept clean and tidy.
  • Carry out general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up, washing up, emptying of rubbish bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct containers
  • Cleans and sanitizes pots, pans, utensils, and other minor equipment routinely used in the kitchen following established procedures.
  • Cleans and maintains floors and walls in kitchen and dish washing area by following standard procedures.

The walk-in interview will take place this coming Wednesday and Thursday, January 17 and 18, 2018.
